The kitten is registered with TICA . The pedigree is obtained upon the transfer of the animal, or if the animal is transferred with breeding quality (not for breeding), the “new owner” receives the pedigree after castration / sterilization of the animal upon reaching 6 months with the provision of a certificate from a state licensed veterinary clinic stating that that the animal has been neutered / spayed.

 

The seller confirms that the kitten is completely healthy at the time of sale. The buyer has the right, within 72 hours after purchasing a kitten, at his own expense, to check his health in a veterinary clinic that has a state license. The Seller undertakes to accept the animal back upon a one-time return of money to the Buyer within 72 hours from the date of sale with the Buyer's presentation of a veterinary report from a state or licensed veterinary clinic confirming the animal's health at the time of purchase. Those requiring serious treatment or illnesses incompatible with life (excluding colds). If the Buyer has not exercised the right given to him by this cause of the Agreement, further claims for the health of the kitten by the Seller will not be accepted and no refund will be made.

 

If the animal dies from a genetically inherited disease before the age of 1 year, the Breeder provides the buyer with an equivalent replacement in the form of another kitten. The genetic nature of the disease must be confirmed in writing by a postmortem report from the state veterinary clinic and has an Autopsy done on the kitten. The buyer provides this to the seller.

 

The buyer undertakes to provide the purchased kitten with proper care and maintenance, timely veterinary service and vaccination. The animal must not:

- be kept in a cage;

- have contact with sick animals, harmful insects, aggressive dogs.

- surgical removal of animal claws is prohibited

- have free access to the street and to the non-glazed balcony.

 

The Buyer has the right to return the kitten within two weeks from the date of purchase if the Buyer or his family members have an allergy to the kitten, which must be confirmed by laboratory tests for a particular type of allergen . In this case, the Seller accepts back the kitten, returning to the Buyer 60% of its value, after the sale of the kitten to the new owners.

 

The Buyer confirms that the Seller has given comprehensive recommendations for feeding and keeping the kitten. The Seller, in turn, undertakes to provide the Buyer with further advice on the maintenance of the animal.
